"Simon, Simon, behold, Satan demanded to have you, that he might sift you like wheat, but I have prayed for you that your faith may not fail. And when you have turned again, strengthen your brothers." Luke 22:31,32 ESV
These words of Christ to Peter are the basis of my ministry to women who are struggling with a crises of faith. I have felt the pain of being "sifted like wheat." It is during these times that these words are the most encouraging. Christ, Himself, is praying for you! What joy this brings to the heart!

My name is Robin Horne, and I am a Christian speaker and encourager. My ministry is primarily to women, but I speak to all groups. I truly believe it is my life's mission to educate, empower, and encourage Christian women in their personal ministries as they live and work in their own mission fields - whether it be in the home or the workplace. I love bringing the risen Christ anew to Christians and those in need of Christ's redeeming love!!
My career background is quite diverse over the years with the only really consistent factor being my work in Churches in and around Upstate South Carolina. My 9 - 5 job is with Anderson School District Three, a rural school district in Anderson County, South Carolina. I have been with the District for 23 years. I am also a small business owner with a mobile women's clothing boutique - Leave It To Leisure Boutique. I have been teaching and working in the Church since my late teens and continue to lead Bible Studies at Churches in the Upstate and speak at events.
I have been married to my high school sweetheart, Andy, for 38 years, and we have two wonderful children, one fabulous grandson, and a gorgeous pup! We reside in the town of Iva, South Carolina.
While I do consider myself an encourager, and I always look for the good in life, my family has not been immune to the trials of this life. I have walked through the valley of the shadows watching my child fight the demons of addiction. I have wrestled with God through a river of tears about my worthiness to serve when I had so obviously failed in such a critical role. I have struggled with feelings of self-doubt and even doubted the Goodness of God. What I found was a loving Father who is not afraid of my questions, doubts, fears, or failures. Through my trials, God has taught me that none of my experiences or tears have ever been in vain! There WILL be GOOD to come from them!
HE HAS ORDAINED IT!!!!
